Our organization has a wide experience of the developing and manufacturing of the non-standard equipment for the technological process organization.

Now UkrNIIElectroterm successfully solves the following tasks:

• Developing, manufacturing and repair of the non-standard process equipment and its separate components for the metallurgical and machine-building enterprises on the Customer’s performance specification (casting conveyors, moulds, ladles, charging baskets, the blank production equipment, the accessory, crushers, mills, mixers, dryers up to 650°С, furnaces up to 1750°С, furnaces for the glass industry, granulators, etc.);
• Developing of the detailed design (design and project documentation) on the Customer’s preliminary design.

In case of manufacturing of the non-standard equipment on the Customer’s production capacities, our engineers-servicemen will carry out the technical help and field supervision during manufacturing, assembling, starting-up and adjustment works and commissioning of the developed equipment.
